El-Sisi issues decree to reconstitute Arab Contractors' board

Arab Finance: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued a presidential decree to reconstitute the board of directors of the Arab Contractors Company, headed by Ahmed El Assar, according to a statement.

El-Sisi appointed Hassan Mustafa as Senior Vice Chairman, while Onsy Elbeshouty, Sayed El Wazir, and Heba Abo Al Ela took over the role of the company’s Vice Chairmen.

The decision also included the appointment of Ahmed El Adalany, Dina Adel Fathi, Mohamed Elwi, Hassan Ibrahim, Mohamed Eletreby, and Khaled Abbas as Board Members.

El Assar, Chairman of Arab Contractors, said this move comes within the framework of promoting competencies and continuing expansion and dispensing inside Egypt as well as abroad.
