Arab Finance: Egypt-based real estate investment firm Bonyan achieved net profits valued at nearly EGP 3 billion in 2024, the company’s Executive Chairman Shamel Aboul Fadl told CNN Business.

Aboul Fadl said the company targets an administrative real estate portfolio of 15,000 meters in 2025, noting that it is preparing for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Benyan has 10 assets in East and West Cairo, with an estimated evaluation of around EGP 15 billion.

The company’s capital stands at EGP 1.65 billion ahead of the IPO, with plans to increase the capital later, according to the chairman.

He also noted that the IPO targets investors, especially in the Gulf region.

In January, Bonyan received the regulatory approval to list 49% of its shares on EGX during the first half (H1) of 2025.
