EMPC’s consolidated profits jump 65.7% in 2024

EMPC’s consolidated profits jump 65.7% in 2024

Arab Finance: Egyptian Media Production City (EMPC) logged consolidated net profits amounting to EGP 801.400 million, up 65.79% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 281.693 million, according to the financial results.

Basic earnings per share (EPS) increased to EGP 3.77 last year from EGP 2.27 in 2023, while the sales jumped by 26.77% to EGP 1.108 billion from EGP 874.592 million.

As for the standalone business, the net profits after tax hiked by 42.86% YoY to EPG 522.698 million in 2024 from EGP 365.881 million.

Non-consolidated revenues climbed by 14.76% to EGP 844.586 million in 2024 from EGP 735.982 million in 2023, while the basic EPS grew to EGP 2.48 from EGP 1.74.

In the first nine months of 2024, EMPC posted 77.54% YoY higher consolidated net profits at EGP 616.832 million, compared to EGP 347.430 million.
