Orascom Construction to disburse EGP 5.88/share cash dividends payment

Arab Finance: Orascom Construction Plc (ORAS) has greenlit the distribution of cash dividends worth EGP 5.88 per share to shareholders for the first 9 months of 2023, according to a statement.

The record date for the eligibility in dividends distribution is on February 15th, while the payment date is on February 22^nd.

Orascom Construction Plc is a leading engineering and construction contractor based in the UAE, primarily focusing on infrastructure, industrial, and high-end commercial projects in the Middle East, Africa, and the US.
