Arab Finance: Arab Aluminum Company (AAC) posted an 82.3% year-on-year (YoY) drop in net profit after tax during 2023, according to the financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on February 28th.

The company’s net profit after tax rose to EGP 4.069 million in January-December from EGP 22.928 million in 2022.

Revenue plunged to EGP 333.227 million in the 12 months ended December 31st from EGP 370.493 million in the year-ago period.

AAC is an Egypt-based company that specializes in extruding aluminum profiles for architectural and industrial applications.

The company undertakes the activities of aluminum billet casting, dies, extrusion, alloys, painting, and anodizing.
