Arab Finance: Banque Du Caire has launched new loan programs to finance the purchase of electric vehicles (EVs) and solar panel installations, according to an emailed press release.

The personal loan for solar panel installation offers up to EGP 1 million in financing, with a payment period of up to seven years, Head of Retail Banking and Microfinance Department at the bank Mohamed Tharwat said.

On the other hand, the EV purchase loan amounts to up to EGP 6 million, with a payment period of up to eight years, he added.

Furthermore, the bank has agreed with several showrooms and solar panel producers to provide customers with various options that meet their specific needs.
