Ascom’s subsidiary sells 2.2M shares in Canadian Allied Gold Corp

Arab Finance: Asek Company for Mining (Ascom) announced that its 100%-owned subsidiary APM Investment Holdings BVI has sold 2.2 million shares of Canadian Allied Gold Corp during the first quarter (Q1) of 2024 for a total of $5.16 million, as per a statement.

The entire amount was used to pay part of the obligations of APM Investment Holdings BVI.

Established in 1975, Ascom operates in the mining and production of calcium carbonate, sand glass, gravel, gypsum, silica, kaolin, limestone, and other related minerals.
