Arab Finance: Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG), Egypt's healthcare services provider, has forged a strategic alliance with Fawaz Al Hokair's healthcare arm Mumtada Medical Care Company to inaugurate a cutting-edge 200-bed rehabilitation and long-term care center in Riyadh, as per a statement on April 18th.

Scheduled to commence operations in late 2024, Mumtada's Long-Term Care Facility is poised to deliver comprehensive long-term care, post-acute rehabilitation, and outpatient services, catering to diverse medical requirements.

CHG will lend its operational proficiency, shared services, staffing solutions, and advisory acumen to position the facility as a premier destination for long-term care.

Under the terms of the agreement, CHG will receive compensation comprising pre-operational and operational services fees, alongside performance-based incentives post the facility's inauguration.
