Arab Finance: The Egyptian real estate developer Madaar has signed a 10-year partnership agreement with VIP Coating Solutions to be the latter’s sole agent in Egypt, as per an emailed press release.

The deal is set to contribute to expanding Madaar’s portfolio and market share, as it will provide other real estate developers in Egypt with VIP Coating Solutions’ products.

It will also boost Madaar’s ability to meet its customer’s needs.

Both firms target sales valued at €15 million for the first five years of the agreement.

“This agreement is a transformative step for Madaar, as we aim to further solidify our presence in the Egyptian market and continue to pursue our long-term business plan and reaffirm our commitment to excellence,” Madaar’s CEO Ahmed Ehab commented.

“As the sole VIP agent in Egypt, we can provide unique and innovative solutions across our projects and beyond. We look forward to achieving great success together and amplifying our combined potential,” he added.
