Zahraa El Maadi gives preliminary nod to co-development residential project with Madinet Nasr

Arab Finance: Madinet Nasr has announced the preliminary approval of Zahraa El Maadi Investment and Development Company for a co-development residential and commercial project in New Heliopolis City, as per a disclosure.

The project is set to be implemented on an area of 41.9 feddans.

The draft of the proposed final contract will be prepared and submitted to the board of both companies for review and approval.
