National Navigation Company’s profits hit $30M in 2022

Arab Finance: The National Navigation Company (NNC), affiliated with the Ministry of Transport, earned $30.2 million in net profits in 2022 for the first time after overcoming all retained losses endured since 2009, as per a statement on June 17^th.

The announcement came during the firm’s general assembly meeting chaired by the Minister of Transport Kamel El-Wazir.

The company’s annual tonnage of its fleet of 13 ships reached nearly 10 million tons, allowing it to transport strategic goods to the country, which is the main purpose of the company, the statement read.
