Arab Finance: Tech-enabled cloud kitchen Fork N Knife has secured $800,000 in seed funding round, with the participation of institutions from outside the Middle East and a diverse group of individual angel investors, as per a statement from the startup.

"Throughout my eight-year journey in cloud kitchens, witnessing the evolving stages of the industry, it became evident that the cloud kitchen business domain needed a unique model to solve the real challenges faced by restaurant owners,” Co-founder and CEO of Fork N Knife, Yasser Nasr-Aldin, stated.

“Instead of reducing fixed costs, as is common in cloud kitchens, we completely eliminated them," Nasr-Aldin added.

Fork N Knife currently operates three branches in Türkiye.

Established in 2022, Fork N Knife allows restaurants to open low-cost delivery-only locations.

It launches brands on all of the main food aggregators in less than 15 days.
