Arab Finance: The Egyptian Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) has issued a final judgment rejecting an appeal submitted by a third party in 2011 against the validity of Centamin Plc’s Sukari Gold Mine exploitation license, according to a statement.

The license was issued as per the Sukari Gold Mine Concession Agreement.

The SAC ruled in favor of Centamin’s favor and that the claimant has no right to appeal for not being a party to the agreement, which marks the end of the case.

Centamin stated that the operations at the mine had remained unaffected throughout the case.
