Arab Finance: Upwyde Developments has signed a strategic partnership with Vezeeta to operate an integrated medical building within its Prk Vie project in New Cairo’s golden square, marking Vezeeta’s first time managing a full healthcare facility, as per an emailed press release.
Under the agreement, Vezeeta will assume exclusive operation of the building, delivering a comprehensive medical offering that combines its digital healthcare solutions with on-the-ground clinical services.
The move represents a notable step in bridging real estate development with healthcare delivery, as both companies seek to align physical infrastructure with technology-enabled services.
