Arab Finance: Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has issued a decree appointing Omar Mohamed Sadek Radwan as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) for a one-year term, as per a statement.
Sadek succeeds Islam Abdel Azim Azzam, who was appointed as Chairman of the EGX in August 2025.
Radwan brings extensive experience across securities investment, asset management, and risk management, most recently serving as Group Head of Risk Management at CI Capital Holding between October 2022 and March 2024.
He has also held roles at several leading financial institutions and brokerage firms, including HC Securities, AF Securities, Arab Bank, and EFG Holding.
