Arab Finance: PARAGON | ADEER is presenting Sumou Boulevard, its EGP 70 billion mixed-use development in Mostakbal City, at the 20th edition of the Nile Property Expo in London, as the company expands its outreach to Egyptian expatriates and UK-based investors, as per a press release.
The 500,000-square-meter project combines residential, commercial, and administrative components and is being developed through a partnership between Egypt's PARAGON Developments and Saudi Arabia's ADEER International, the development and investment arm of Sumou Holding.
The company's participation in the exhibition follows its recent involvement in the Egyptian-British Business Association (BEBA) mission, during which CEO Bedeir Rizk presented Egypt's urban development plans in meetings with government officials, investors, and business representatives.
The Nile Property Expo is taking place on June 27th and 28th at the Hilton Park Lane under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly. The event brings together Egyptian real estate developers with Egyptians living abroad and investors interested in the Egyptian market.
The London exhibition forms part of its efforts to engage Egyptians living in the UK while presenting Sumou Boulevard to potential investors.
The company also aims to use the event to strengthen links between expatriate Egyptians and the business community, support foreign direct investment (FDI) into Egypt, and contribute to sustainable economic development.
