Arab Finance: Ora Developers Egypt has signed agreements with Crimson, Tipsy Camel, and Elevate Gym to begin operations along the beachfront at Silversands North Coast, marking a new phase in the activation of the destination’s beachfront facilities, as per an emailed press release.

Crimson will operate an all-day beachfront venue spanning approximately 1,750 square meters. The concept focuses on Mediterranean fusion cuisine within a relaxed social setting and is designed to serve as a gathering point along the Silversands shoreline.

Meanwhile, Tipsy Camel will occupy a 1,750-square-meter beachfront space, offering a social beach experience that combines food and beverages with a sports- and music-oriented atmosphere. The venue will feature live match screenings and interactive entertainment, including foosball.

In the wellness segment, Elevate Gym is preparing to launch a beachfront health and fitness facility spanning 1,400 square meters on the North Coast. The facility will include a fully equipped gym, group functional training classes, a mat Pilates studio, a beachfront Mega Pro studio, as well as recovery and spa facilities.

Silversands North Coast, Ora Developers Egypt’s flagship coastal development, extends across 724 feddans and features 1.4 kilometers of natural beachfront near Almaza Bay. Drawing inspiration from Ora’s developments in Grenada and Mykonos, the destination combines Mediterranean and Caribbean design influences. The project includes 88,000 square meters of lagoons, more than 10,000 square meters of commercial space, and approximately 5,600 residential units, offering a coastal living model centered on integrated services and year-round use.
