Arab Finance: Arab Valves Co (ARVA) decided to increase issued capital to LE74,942,787 from LE49,961,858 with increase amounting to LE24,980,929.

The capital hike will be through distribution of 24,980,929 shares, at par value of LE1 per share.

The capital increase will be through 0.5 free stock for every existing one held before increasing capital to shareholders as of record on 10/10/2018 and will be distributed on 11/10/2018.
