Arab Finance: National Housing for Professional Syndicates (NHPS) declared in a statement sent to EGX, it called for the extraordinary general assembly meeting to be held on November 15. 

The EGM will discuss amending articles No. 20, 22, 29,42,43,51 and 56 of articles of association, as well as checking the possibilities to adding another way for selling its hotel, Le Méridien Heliopolis instead public auction.
