National Company for Housing to review hotel sale terms

ArabFinance: National Company for Housing for Professional Syndicates (NHPS) called for an extraordinary general meeting to review amending the payment terms of Le Méridien Heliopolis' sale transaction, according to the company’s June 22^nd statement.

The company incurred a net loss of EGP 3,930,035 in Quarter one (Q1) of 2020, against a net profit of EGP 967,188 achieved in Q1 of 2019.

NHPS is an Egypt-based company engaged in real estate development operations. The company is organized into real estate and tourism segments.
