Kafr el Zayat Pesticides posts lower profit in 9 months

ArabFinance: Kafr el Zayat Pesticides and Chemicals Company registered a consolidated net profit attributed to the shareholders worth EGP 20.86 million during the first nine months of 2020, according to a November 26th disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange.
The result was lower than EGP 21.25 million achieved during the January-September 2019 period, according to the company.
As for the three months that ended on September 30th, Kafr el Zayat Pesticides incurred a consolidated net loss before minority interest of EGP 12.72 million. This marked an increase when compared to the EGP 1.84 million loss registered in the third quarter of 2019.
The company previously achieved a consolidated net profit before non-controlling interest worth EGP 33.58 million during the first half of 2020.
