Kahira Pharmaceuticals logs 18% profit rise

ArabFinance: Kahira Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries Company (CPCI) reported an 18% Year on Year (YoY) increase in its net profit in the July-December period of 2020, according to the company’s unaudited financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange on February 8th.
The company achieved a net profit of EGP 67 million in 2020’s July-December period, compared to EGP 56.77 million in the same period of 2019.
The listed company posted a 31.6% YoY rise in its net profit in the first three months of the fiscal year 2019/2020, recording EGP 33.85 million when compared to EGP 25.73 million achieved in the prior-year period.
Kahira Pharmaceuticals is an Egypt-based company involved in the manufacture and trade of pharmaceutical products for human and veterinary use.
