ArabFinance: International Company for Agricultural Products (ICAP) (IFAP) achieved a net profit of EGP 15.9 million during the July-December period of 2020, compared to EGP 7.2 million in the same period of 2019, according to the company’s February 15th statement to the Egyptian Exchange.
ICAP incurred a net loss of EGP 5.19 million in the first three months of the fiscal year 2020/2021, against a net profit of EGP 5.39 million in the same period a year ago.
The listed company is engaged in farming, trading, and distribution of crops and seeds. It purchases cotton flowers and cotton seeds from producers, undertakes contracting activities with cotton ginning companies, and trades in cotton fibers and seeds.
