Trans Ocean Tours reports net profit slip

ArabFinance: Trans Oceans Tours (TRTO) posted an 83.5% Year on Year (YoY) slide in its net profit in 2020, according to the company’s statement to the Egyptian Exchange on February 21st.
Net profit stood at EGP 857,042 in 2020, compared to EGP 5.2 million in 2019.
The listed company reported a 75% YoY decrease in its net profit during the first nine months of 2020, registering EGP 1.2 million.
Trans Oceans is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the provision of tourism and transportation-related services. The company provides several types of touristic services, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation and hotels booking, and airlines reservation services inside and outside of Egypt.
