Gemma sets due date of 0.04 stock dividend

ArabFinance: El Ezz Porcelain (Gemma) (ECAP) decided to distribute a 0.04 free share for each one held, according to the company’s statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
Gemma will pay the dividends on July 26th to the shareholders recorded on July 25th. It will increase the issued capital to EGP 266,712,565, marking a rise by EGP 11,485,230 distributed on 2,297,046 shares.
The capital raise will be financed from the 2019 profit.
The listed company posted a net profit of EGP 38.63 million in quarter one (Q1) 2021.
