ArabFinance: Madinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD) has assigned the facilities’ works at Taj city project to Nasr Company for Civil Works (NCCW) at an estimated value of EGP 166.2 million, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The works are set to be implemented within a period of up to 18 months, including 12 months for setting the main facilities and six months for installing connectors at houses, the statement highlighted.
These works will be carried out in line with the timeframe of works progress.
MNHD is an Egypt-based real estate development company that is engaged in activities related to the development of land, buildings, and facilities, including the acquisition of lands as well as real estate sales and rentals.
Nasr for Civil Works is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the construction sector. The company provides construction and development contracting services for infrastructural projects related to energy, utilities, housing, roads, and ports.
