Kahira Pharmaceuticals releases reminder on dividend payment date

ArabFinance: Kahira Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries Company (CPCI) released a reminder on the date of the cash dividend distribution, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The company will distribute cash dividends worth EGP 4 per share to shareholders for fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021.
The dividends will be paid on November 10th, 2021, with the eligibility to shareholders of record date on November 7th, 2021.
It is worth noting that Kahira Pharmaceuticals reported a net profit after tax of EGP 124.30 million for fiscal year 2020/2021, compared to profits of EGP 109.14 million in FY 2019/2020.
Kahira Pharmaceuticals is an Egypt-based company involved in the manufacture and trade of pharmaceutical products for human and veterinary use.
