National Housing turns profitable

ArabFinance: National Company for Housing for Professional Syndicates (NHPS) reported a net profit of EGP 134.73 million during the first nine months of 2021, against a net loss of EGP 27.84 million in the same period of 2020, according to the company’s filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
During the first half of 2021, the company widened its losses, posting a net loss of EGP 50.725 million.
NHPS is an Egypt-based company engaged in real estate development operations. The company is organized into real estate and tourism segments.
