Mohandes Insurance unveils dividends’ payment date

ArabFinance: Mohandes Insurance (MOIN) announced that the distribution of cash dividends worth a EGP 0.25 per share will be eligible to shareholder of record date on November 30th, 2021, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The dividends will be paid to shareholders in two installments each worth EGP 0.125 per share.
The first installment will be distributed on December 5th, 2021, while the second installment will be paid on February 6th, 2022.
The company previously said that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the distribution of cash dividends worth a total of EGP 23.5 million, equivalent to EGP 0.25 per share, for fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021.
