Rowad Tourism sees change in shareholding structure

ArabFinance: Rowad Tourism (Al Rowad) (ROTO) announced that shareholder Ali Mahmoud Abdel Latif Mahgoub has raised his stake in the company to 5.625% from 4.354%, according to a shareholding disclosure filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

This came after the shareholder purchased 220,000 shares in the company at an average price of EGP 18.765 per share.

The shares’ purchase transaction has been executed at a total value of EGP 4.128 million.

Rowad is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the tourism industry.
