ArabFinance: Egyptians for Investment and Urban Development (EIUD) has appointed Solid Capital to fully handle the restructuring process of EIUD’s technical, operating, administrative, financial, investment, marketing, and human resources operations, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Solid Capital will apply an integrated governance model to develop EIUD’s departments and its investor relations.

This model will help EIUD to set a comprehensive plan to expand in terms of operations and investments in the real estate and construction sectors and add new activities that comply with the company’s current activities.
