Egypt Free Shops' consolidated profit up in 6 months

ArabFinanceEgypt Free Shops Company (EFSC) (MFSC) posted a consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company of EGP 95.76 million for the six-month period ended December 31st 2021, up from a profit of EGP 67.22 million in the same period of 2020, according to the company’s consolidated financial statement.

In the three-month period ended December 2021, the company’s consolidated net profit excluding minority interest grew to EGP 49.13 million from EGP 43.83 million in the same period of 2020.

Consolidated operating revenue amounted to EGP 462.34 million in the July-December period of 2021, as compared to EGP 351.61 million in the corresponding period of 2020.

EFSC is an Egypt-based company listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) that is engaged in the import and sale of duty-free goods and consumer products.

It offers several brands and types of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, fragrances, and gift items.
