Giza General Contracting reports growth in 2021 profits

ArabFinanceGiza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company (GGCC) reported an increase in consolidated net profit for the full-year ended December 31st 2021, according to the company’s financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The company achieved a consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company of EGP 56.35 million in 2021, compared to a profit of EGP 47.90 million in 2020.

Consolidated operating revenue amounted to EGP 1.30 billion last year, surging from EGP 695.87 million in 2020.

Meanwhile, standalone net profit after tax stood at EGP 56.59 million in 2021, up from EGP 48.10 million in 2020.

Giza General Contracting is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the construction and engineering industries sector.

The company is primarily involved in general contracting activities; operation, manufacture, and trade in all requirements of the contracting industry.
