October Pharma announces date of EGP4/share dividend distribution

ArabFinance: October Pharma (OCPH) announced the payment date of the EGP 4 per share cash dividend for the year ending on December 31st 2021, to be paid to shareholders on April 26th. according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The eligibility in dividend payment will be to shareholders on a record date of April 19th.
It is worth noting that October Pharma recorded a net profit after tax of EGP 119.791 million in 2021, up from EGP 88.258 million in 2020.
October Pharma is an Egypt-based company engaged in the production of human pharmaceutical preparations.
The company’s major shareholders include the Arab Company for Drug Industries and Medical Appliances as well as the Saudi-Egyptian Industrial Investment Company.
