Minapharm’s general assembly nods to EGP 34.4M dividends

ArabFinance: The general assembly of Minapharm Pharmaceuticals (Minapharm) (MIPH) has approved the board of directors' proposal to distribute cash dividends worth a total of EGP 34.422 million, equivalent to EGP 2.8 per share, for the full year ended December 31st 2021, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on April 27th.
Dividends will be paid in one installment on June 15th.
It is worth noting that the company recorded a consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company of EGP 466.406 million in 2021, compared to a profit of EGP 300.78 million in 2020.
Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is an Egypt-based company engaged in the production and distribution of pharmaceutical products. It is in cooperation with several international pharmaceutical companies and it distributes its products within and outside Egypt.
