ArabFinance: Egyptians for Investment and Urban Development (EIUD) recorded EGP 300,321 in losses during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, compared to a net profit of EGP 80,913 in the same quarter the year before, according to financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 22nd.
The company did not register any revenue for the first three months of 2022, in comparison to a revenue of EGP 3.765 million in Q1-2021.
Established in 1998, EIUD operates in real estate investment, construction of buildings and resorts, land subdivision and buying and selling of properties.
