Arab Finance: Minapharm Pharmaceuticals (Minapharm) (MIPH) will pay cash dividends worth EGP 2.9218069186 per share for 2021 on June 29^th, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on June 12^th.

The edibility in distribution will be for shareholders on the record date of June 26^th.

This comes in line with the decisions of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 26^th.

It is worth noting that the company recorded a consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company of EGP 466.406 million in 2021, compared to a profit of EGP 300.78 million in 2020.

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is an Egypt-based company engaged in the production and distribution of pharmaceutical products. It is in cooperation with several international pharmaceutical companies and it distributes its products within and outside Egypt.
