Nasr for Civil Works extends H1 loss by 16.3% YoY

Arab Finance: Nasr Company for Civil Works (NCCW) incurred a net loss after tax of EGP 11.073 million in the first half (H1) of 2022, up by 16.39% from a loss of EGP 9.514 million in the year-ago period, according to the unaudited financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on August 4th.

The company’s revenues fell to EGP 53.478 million in the January-June period of 2022 from EGP 66.812 million in the same period last year.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, the company achieved profits of EGP 147,770, versus losses of EGP 2.54 million in Q1 2021.

Nasr for Civil Works is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the construction sector. The company provides construction and development contracting services for infrastructural projects related to energy, utilities, housing, roads, and ports.
