El Saeed Contracting reports 11% YoY higher consolidated profit in H1

Arab Finance: El Saeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company (SCCD) (UEGC) reported a 10.97% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated profit attributable to the parent company during the first half (H1) of 2022, recording EGP 81.801 million, according to the financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on August 14th.
Consolidated operating revenue soared to EGP 1.048 billion in H1 2022 from EGP 718.161 million in H1 2021.
The company’s standalone net profit after tax amounted to EGP 80.085 million in the January-June period, up from EGP 73.740 million in the same period a year earlier.
El Saeed Contracting is an Egypt-based company engaged in the provision of general and specialized contracting and construction services.
The company’s activities are structured into three divisions: contracting, gravel quarries, and real estate.
