Sheeni’s loss widens 8.8% YoY in FY 2021/2022

Arab FinanceGeneral Company for Ceramic and Porcelain (Sheeni Egypt) (PRCL) posted an 8.85% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net loss after tax during fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, registering EGP 67.848 million from EGP 62.32 million, according to financial indicators filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on August 21st.

The company’s revenue declined to EGP 198.759 million in FY 2021/2022 from EGP 217.84 million in FY 2020/2021.

Sheeni is an Egypt-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of ceramic and porcelain products. It produces porcelain tableware for domestic and hotels, antiques and vases, as well as ceramic floors and walls.
