Arab Finance: The Sustainable Capital Africa Alpha Fund has sold 46,291 ordinary shares in Egyptian International Pharmaceutical Industries Company (EIPICO) (PHAR) for EGP 1.34 million or EGP 29.054 per share, according to shareholding disclosure on October 27th.
Accordingly, the fund’s stake in EIPICO fell to 4.96% from 5.004%.
