Arab Finance: El Nile Company for Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries (Nile Pharma) (NIPH) will distribute cash dividends worth EGP 2.97 per share to shareholders for fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, according to a statement published on October 31^st.

The dividends will be paid as of November 15^th, with the eligibility to shareholders on a record date of November 10^th.

The company previously reported a 39.19% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profits for FY 2021/2022, recording net profits of EGP 89.67 million, compared to EGP 64.42 million in the FY before.

Nile Pharma manufactures and markets pharmaceuticals, various types of medical materials, chemical products, and cosmetics, as well as surgical threads and medical solutions.
