Arab Finance: National Company for Housing for Professional Syndicates (NHPS) recorded a 91.2% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit after tax during the first nine months of 2022, according to the financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on November 3rd.

The company’s net profit decreased to EGP 33.127 million in the period from January 31^st until September 30^th from EGP 376.835 million a year earlier.

NHPS is an Egypt-based company engaged in real estate development operations. The company is organized into real estate and tourism segments.
