Domty sets IPO price at LE9.20 as private offering covered 5.5 times

Arab Finance: EGX Administration announced that Arab Food Industries Co.’s (DOMTY) private offering was covered 5.5 times and the final IPO price will be LE9.20 per share.

It is worth mentioning, last date of initial public offering (IPO) will be on March 17 at LE9.20 per share.

EGX added the brokerage companies have to pay deposit representing 25% at least from total asked shares.
