October 20: listing Ferchem Misr shares of capital increase

Arab Finance: The Listing Committee held on Wednesday 05/10/2016 approved listing the issued and paid capital increase of Ferchem Misr Co. for Fertilizers & Chemicals (FERC) from LE30 million to LE35.1 million with increase amounting to LE5.1 million.

The capital hike will be distributed over 2.550 million shares (17 free stocks for every existing 100 held) at a nominal value of LE2 per share.

The capital increase will be through 0.17 free stock for every existing one held before increasing capital to shareholder as of record on 19/10/2016.

Shares will be available for trading effective on 20/10/2016 trading session.
