June 27: Faisal Islamic Bank to discuss amending authorized, issued capital

ArabFinance: Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt (FAIT) (FAITA) invited its shareholders to attend the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on June 27, 2019, as per a Sunday bourse filing.

The assembly will discuss amending Article (7) from the bank’s articles of association, under which the bank’s authorized capital will be increased to $1 billion, up from $500 million.

Moreover, the bank’s issued capital will be also raised to $440 million distributed over 440million shares, after being $366.38 million distributed over 366.38 million shares.
