Schneider Electric, Paragon ccoperate to promote real estate sustainability in Egypt

Arab Finance: Schneider Electric has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Paragon Developments to boost sustainability in the Egyptian real estate sector, as per an emailed press release.
The MoU covers providing smart sustainable building solutions to Paragon Developments’ administrative buildings; Paragon 2 and Paragon 3.
This is along with using Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure platform, which manages the key smart building’s infrastructure and presents a model for the latest sustainable smart buildings.
“By expanding our partnership with Paragon Developments, we reinforce the joint efforts to create smart, sustainable, and efficient administrative buildings in Egypt as we aspire to improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of the infrastructure of both existing and future smart buildings,” Cluster President of Schneider Electric Northeast Africa, and Levant Sebastien Riez commented.
“Embarking on new partnerships with Schneider Electric to supply our projects with sustainable solutions, is synonymous with our vision of creating smart administrative projects that adhere to sustainability standards, which contributes to conscious consumption of natural resources and protects the environment,” CEO of Paragon Developments Bedeir Rizk said.
