Egypt’s unemployment rate declines to 6.7% in Q1

Arab Finance: The unemployment rate in Egypt declined to 6.7% in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024 from 6.9% in the last quarter of 2023, according to data from the Egyptian Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).

During Q1 2023, Egypt’s unemployment rate stood at 7.1%.
