Al Marasem launches Mar Bay in Ras El-Hekma

Arab Finance: Al Marasem International for Urban Development has launched Mar Bay, its third integrated project, according to an emailed press release.
Spanning 640 feddans in the North Coast’s Ras El-Hekma, Mar Bay is part of the company's strategic expansion plan, encapsulated in the slogan "The Legacy of Excellence Broadens."
With Al Marasem being the project’s general and exclusive developer, the master plan for Mar Bay was designed in collaboration with the global firm BDP.
Mar Bay is meticulously designed to cater to the needs and interests of every family member, offering a range of amenities and high-end services suitable for all ages.
It includes a diverse array of residential options such as villas, twin houses, townhouses, chalets of various layouts and sizes, and hotel rooms, all supported by innovative tourism and recreational services.
The project is expected to yield high returns on investment.
