Alexandria Petroleum, USTDA ink feasibility study grant agreement in safety protocols field

Arab Finance: Alexandria Petroleum Company has signed a feasibility study grant agreement with the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) in the fields of safety protocols, occupational health, and environment protection, as per an official statement.

Under the agreement, the USTDA will fund a series of studies to identify and prioritize the refinery’s safety needs.

The studies will also help advance and expand the company’s priorities in terms of safety programs and equipment.

This is along with promoting the refinery’s precautionary measures and risk sensing, as well as developing protocols and conducting training.

This could be achieved by adopting cutting-edge technologies and the best practices.

Additionally, the feasibility studies will serve as a model for application in other refineries in Egypt.
